Koramangala work is almost entirely seed-stage: a founder with runway, a clear idea of the market, and a need to have something real in front of users within a quarter. The build is a first commercial version — auth, one core workflow, billing, an admin panel — not a full platform.
The first session is usually about removing things. I would rather ship one workflow that works end to end than five at 70%. Because we can meet easily, I push for a whiteboard session before any estimate — the tenancy and permissions decisions made in week one are the ones that cost the most to reverse.
A first commercial version runs ₹4–7 lakh over eight to twelve weeks. Pre-funding founders should expect me to argue that number down by cutting scope rather than by cutting quality.
There is no team behind me and nothing is subcontracted. The person you scope the project with is the person writing the code, which removes an entire category of translation loss. The trade is capacity — I take a small number of projects at a time, and I will tell you if I cannot start when you need to.
The repository lives under your account and the cloud infrastructure is provisioned in yours. You should never be in a position where changing developer means losing your product. Handover documentation is part of the work rather than something negotiated at the end.
