Chennai and Coimbatore founders often need inventory, dispatch or plant-floor data pulled into something usable, which is a more interesting problem than another CRUD dashboard.
I have shipped over 70 projects, mostly for Indian founders and small product teams, plus clients in the UK and US. Everything is built and deployed by me directly — no team, nothing subcontracted. I am based in Bengaluru and work remotely across India.

Tamil Nadu software has to talk to the physical world. Chennai logistics, Coimbatore manufacturing — inventory, dispatch, plant-floor data pulled somewhere usable. The interesting constraint is that the data source is often an ERP or a machine, not a clean API.
These projects live or die on the integration, so I establish early what the existing system can actually expose. If it has no API and no readable database, that shapes the entire project and we should know before scoping rather than after.
An operations platform over an existing ERP runs ₹6–12 lakh, with the integration usually a third of that. If the data source turns out to be a nightly CSV export, the number drops considerably — worth checking first.
There is no team behind me and nothing is subcontracted. The person you scope the project with is the person writing the code, which removes an entire category of translation loss. The trade is capacity — I take a small number of projects at a time, and I will tell you if I cannot start when you need to.
The repository lives under your account and the cloud infrastructure is provisioned in yours. You should never be in a position where changing developer means losing your product. Handover documentation is part of the work rather than something negotiated at the end.
A deposit to start, then payments tied to milestones you can see working in a staging environment. Never the full amount upfront in either direction. If a project stops early, you keep everything built to that point.
Every project gets a written scope split into launch and later, with an explicit not-included list. That second list prevents most disputes, because disagreement almost always comes from an assumption nobody wrote down.
Yes — inventory, dispatch, quality tracking, and dashboards over machine or ERP data. The recurring difficulty is not the app but getting a clean, reliable feed out of whatever system currently holds the data.
If it exposes an API or a database I can read, yes. If it does not, that constraint shapes the whole project and we should establish it before scoping.
