Chatbots That Customers Don't Hate
Most chatbots are frustrating. They can't understand what you're asking, they loop you through endless menus, and they never actually solve the problem. I build differently — chatbots that understand natural language, handle a real range of queries, and know when to hand off to a human.
Customer Support
A well-built support chatbot handles the questions that come in every day — order status, return policies, account issues, troubleshooting steps — and handles them correctly at any hour without making customers wait. It reads your documentation, your FAQs, and your product knowledge base, and it answers based on that, not on a guess.
Lead Qualification
On the sales side, chatbots can do the initial qualification conversation — find out what the visitor needs, what their budget is, whether they're the right fit — and either book a call or pass the qualified lead to your team. This works consistently at 2am as well as it does at 2pm.
WhatsApp and Telegram
If your customers are on WhatsApp, your chatbot should be too. I build and deploy bots on both platforms with the same natural language capability as the web version, integrated with your backend systems.
Handoff to Humans
Automation has limits. I build in clean handoff points where a human agent takes over — with full context from the conversation already in front of them, so they don't start from scratch.
