About this project

Overview Donor Money is a modern, fee-free giving platform that helps donors maximize impact while nonprofits receive 100% of donations. I led the build of a performant web app with secure authentication, rewards tracking, and a clean donor dashboard. What I built Responsive Next.js app with optimized Lighthouse scores and fast routing. Secure auth: email login + Google Sign-In (OAuth). Donor dashboard: unified donation history, rewards ledger, and saved nonprofits. Zero-fee checkout flow with tax-ready receipts and downloadable statements. Impact cards and cause discovery with search & filters. Admin tools (internal): nonprofit onboarding, payouts, donor support. Analytics: events + funnels for conversion tracking. CI/CD & cloud deployment with logging, monitoring, and auto-scaling. Outcomes Reduced checkout friction and increased completed donations. Near-instant page loads through edge caching and image optimization. Scalable architecture ready for seasonal traffic spikes.
